14-Day View Window
Collectors are granted exactly 14 calendar days from delivery confirmation to review the gemstone's color saturation and internal silk structure in different lighting conditions.
Unaltered Integrity
The gemstone must remain in its absolute original, raw state. We cannot accept returns on stones that have been mounted, set in jewelry, polished, recut, or scratched.
Authority Verification
All returned pieces are cross-inspected by the National Gem and Jewellery Authority of Sri Lanka to prevent counterfeit swaps, ensuring ledger security.

Upon authority clearance, the refund is initiated to the original wallet or bank account. Clearings process in 7-10 business days.

Why is the 5% restocking fee mandatory?
Unheated sapphires have unique microscopic layouts (inclusions) that prove authenticity. When a gemstone leaves our possession, we must re-submit it to the National Gem and Jewellery Authority of Sri Lanka to guarantee its parameters have not been tampered with or swapped. The 5% fee offsets the authority's re-certification and handling charges.
Can I return a stone if I have set it in a ring?
No. Gemstones that have been set, mounted, or modified by external jewelers are strictly non-returnable. This is because setting processes place pressure vectors on stones that can cause micrographic cracks or alter inclusion alignments.
What happens to duties and import taxes I paid?
Customs duties, import VAT, and local country taxes are paid directly to your nation's government and cannot be refunded by IncRare. You can apply directly to your local customs office for a duty drawback using the official returns ledger documentation.
